I'm Greta, a Gentle Sleep Coach and the proud mother of a wonderful daughter.
My path to becoming a sleep coach began with the arrival of my daughter. Prior to motherhood, I didn't fully grasp the complexities of sleep. Sure, I expected to be tired—raising a child is no small feat, after all. But the reality was far more challenging than I anticipated.
My daughter struggled with sleep, which led me to spend countless hours researching infant sleep. Eventually, I sought professional help, a decision that proved to be a blessing in disguise. It not only allowed me to implement necessary changes, but it also ignited a passion within me. Now, I'm dedicated to studying sleep more deeply and assisting other exhausted parents in finding solutions to their sleep challenges.
In my professional journey, I've always been drawn to working with people. My background includes studies in Social Work, an introduction to Counselling & Psychotherapy, and Human Resources. Today, as a Gentle Sleep Coach, I apply this diverse experience.
My approach is centered on gentle, tailored strategies to ensure that both your little ones and you achieve the restful sleep you need and deserve.
