Welcome to Sleep Coaching
I'm Greta, a Gentle Sleep Coach and the proud mother of a wonderful daughter.
My path to becoming a sleep coach began with the arrival of my daughter. Prior to motherhood, I didn't fully grasp the complexities of sleep. Sure, I expected to be tired—raising a child is no small feat, after all. But the reality was far more challenging than I anticipated.
My daughter struggled with sleep, which led me to spend countless hours researching infant sleep. Eventually, I sought professional help, a decision that proved to be a blessing in disguise. It not only allowed me to implement necessary changes, but it also ignited a passion within me.

I support families with newborns all the way up to children around 6 years old. For babies 0-5 months, we focus on setting positive sleep associations and healthy foundations. For children 6 months to 6 years, we work on specific sleep issues like night wakings, nap struggles and bedtime battles.
It means we honour your child’s need for connection and security while also helping them learn good sleep habits. We don’t use harsh “cry it out” methods. Instead, we use tailored strategies that support your child’s development, respect your parenting style, and gently guide your family toward calmer nights.
Yes. Whether your child wakes early, fights bedtime, takes short naps, or struggles to fall asleep independently, we’ll assess the root of the challenge and design a plan aligned with your family’s values and lifestyle. You won’t be left alone — I’ll support you every step of the way.
Every family and every child is unique. Some families begin to see meaningful improvements in just a few nights, while others take a few weeks. The key is consistency and following the customised plan. I’m here to guide you patiently and adapt the plan as needed.
Life happens, and that’s taken into account. Your sleep plan will include flexibility so when travel, illness, a new sibling or developmental milestone arrives, we’ll adapt together rather than restart. The progress you make is real and resilient.
Not at all. I begin by listening deeply to your story — where you are now, what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you most hope for. The plan I create will be built around your family rhythm, values and comfort level, not a one-size-fits-all model.
Depending on your chosen package, you’ll receive an intake assessment, a personalised sleep plan tailored to your child’s age, temperament and your family’s needs, and follow-up support for implementation and adjustment. For newborns we emphasise foundation building; for older children we work more intensively on resolving sleep issues.
Yes — absolutely. Your feeding and sleep arrangements are respected. My goal is to work with your parenting choices, not ask you to abandon them. We’ll craft a sleep plan that honours what matters to your family while supporting better sleep.
Yes. I bring a background in social work and counselling, and I’m committed to child development, attachment theory and gentle sleep strategies. Your child’s emotional and physical wellbeing is always the priority, and we build habits that support long-term rest and resilience.
The first step is a free 15-minute introduction call where we’ll discuss your child’s sleep picture, your goals and see if we’re a good fit. From there we select the right package for your family, complete the intake, build your customised plan and begin guiding you toward more peaceful nights–for everyone.
